Qualifications:
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
- Must be employed, on pension or collecting disability
- Either having filed papers for proposal/bankruptcy or been recently discharged
- Bankruptcy or proposal are approved @ 3.995 and up – that’s our promise
